JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a senior immigration consulting with 3-6 years of immigration experience at an immigration agency or law firm, working on immigration programs
What does a senior immigration consultant do?
Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in immigration programs, including establishing suitability of the candidates visa and, working in conjunction with the sales, marketing and legal department.
Responsibilities
- Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- To provide regular follow up on enquiries received.
- Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.
- Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation team
- Assisting with the immigration related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to prospects and clients
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by VPs to assist with the smooth running of the Company
- Participate in the development of the organization
- Interact with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, business development, accounting, operations, etc.
- Interact with foreign, or non-Vietnamese speaking team members across the globe
Requirements
- University degree or higher in Marketing, Sales or any other related fields
- At least 3 – 6 years of working experience in an immigration consultant position
- Excel in Sales
- Be able to communicate, read and write in English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Compensation
- Market competitive, but negotiable based on experience
- Salary: VND 15 – 23 million per month, plus commission and performance bonuses
- Annual company trip domestic and/or international.
